We are so sure that we can deliver better service that we guarantee it. We put our money where our mouth is. If at any time, we are unable to deliver the following service levels we will refund one week's management fees.
Return calls. If we are unable to anwser your call at the time that you ring, we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Emergency action. We will take emergency action on the day that it's reported.
Non-emergency maintenance. This will be addressed within 48 hours of receiving the request from the authorised representative.
Minutes. All minutes will be sent within 48 hours of a meeting.
3 Month Trial
In the unlikely, and so far unprecedented, event that the owners of your complex decide within the first 3 months that you are not happy with us, we will arrange an Extraordinary/Special General Meeting at no charge and terminate our agency agreement.
Not only will we do that, but we will also help you as much as we can to locate another management company that you find more suitable.
